ABOUT THE ROLEAs the PCI Engagement Coordinator, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced Compliance managers and consultants. In this role, you will function as the primary resource for completing schedule changes, monitoring project KPI’s, and following up internally with project resources Your primary focus will be to serve the Engagement Managers and the Engagement Team by ensuring that projects stay on track. You will also be responsible for helping complete various project tasks in support of the Compliance teams.REPORTS TO: Senior Manager - PCIPAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-TimeRESPONSIBILITIES• Schedule resources to client projects based upon directives from Engagement Managers and Managing Consultants• Execute schedule changes to client projects including resource and task assignments• Execute documents that require Executives' signatures• Reschedule current clients for subsequent year audits• Monitor team KPI’s and coordinate with task owners for updates• Monitor client evidence milestones and escalate identified issuesEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in business/project management, or a related disciplineEXPERIENCERequired• Thorough understanding of project management and tools available• Works efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment, establishing processes and building new strategies• Proven experience in project coordinationPreferred• 1 - 2 years of project management experience successfully managing projects• CRM/Salesforce experience highly preferred• Interest in security, compliance and/or auditCERTIFICATIONSAgile or project management certifications (preferred but not required)SKILLS• Detail oriented, organized and focused on quality• Thrives in a fast-paced environment• Proactive approach• Strong ability to lead a team/project, plan, prioritize, communicate, and influence others• Ability to adopt and evangelize best practices suited to program/project• Collaborative mindset to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with key stakeholders at all organizational levels• Customer driven with ability to work within a team environmentABOUT A-LIGNA-LIGN is the leading provider of high-quality, efficient cybersecurity compliance programs.
