This team member can create both photo-realistic or stylized materials, lighting, environments, and will render images and animations for marketing communications.Scope of ResponsibilityThis position will report to the Digital Content Manager and will work closely with other members of the Digital Content, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Training teams on a daily basis in support of organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign, edit & deliver high fidelity renders and animationsWork with others to create effective training and marketing materialsCollaborate with immediate team members, as well as marketing, product management, engineering and other departmentsCollaborate with external vendors where necessary based on project scaleActive participation in the creative brief intake process in conjunction with key internal stakeholdersManagement of internal or external CAD 3D formats (STEP, FBX, SLDPRT, etc...)Management and use of 2D & 3D software & technology (C4D, Redshift, Adobe CC)Ensuring outputs meet technical accuracy based on stakeholder directionOrganization & automation of project-related assets for multi-purpose marketing & training needs (ex. literature, video & web outputs)Perform other duties as assignedQualifications Bachelor's degree in animation, graphic design, fine arts, digital media, visual communications, or related field5+ years of illustration & animation experienceEstablished knowledge of illustration & animation best practices, tools, and softwareExperience with PBR material workflows, HDRI's, Adobe CC, 3ds Max, V-Ray, CAD software, and production workflows with teamsAdvanced experience with Cinema4D, Redshift, and After EffectsStrong computer skills with both PC and MacWell organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivatedAbility to work across multiple projects & tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to develop expert product knowledge of A. O.
