$19 up to $21 per hour plus comprehensive benefits which include medical, dental, and vision which start immediately! $1500 sign-on bonus ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months - must not be on a corrective action for attendance). Production Operator Position Overview:

• Assembling components
• Some operations require robotic and manual welding techniques
• Spray components with ceramic glass coating
• Hang/Unhang tanks from paint hangers
• Operate basic hand tools (manual and automatic) for occasional and/or extended periods of time
• Setup heavy equipment

Qualifications include:

• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to work 1st shift (earliest start time is 5 am and latest end time is 3 pm, depending on role)
• Constant standing/walking and frequent bending and reaching
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds with and without assistance from lifting device.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter
• Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions
• Must promote and comply with work safety and quality standards
• High School Diploma or GED
