This role involves monitoring key call performance indicators, conducting targeted coaching sessions, and collaborating with management to set goals and enhance processes. Additionally, the supervisor will develop team members through regular coaching, performance evaluations, and active participation in the Leadership Development Program.Are you ready to join a growing company?
