Client Solutions Manager- CMS Interoperability
Abacus Insights is transforming the healthcare data industry. We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager with expertise in healthcare data to join our mission-driven team.

Responsibilities
- Develop requirements in the form of use cases and data mappings for client.
- Use operational experience to triage business requests.
- Perform tests against delivered solutions to verify acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate and progress client’s User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop strong customer relationships with Account Management and other teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful client project implementation.
- Provide training and support on business needs and use cases.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, Business, or Analytics
