Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.This is a position with grade12This position reports toCloud Services ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesExecuting IS activities within all IS process domains, especially within “build and run” to support global business needsIdentifying, proposing and implementing components of Cloud Enablement serviceLeading the management, maintenance and optimization efforts of IS solutions/servicesProviding guidance during the installation of new IS solutions/services or improvements to existing IS solutions/servicesDelivering IS solutions/services according to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget and at high qualityConsulting with relevant stakeholders across the business to give advice, ensuring compliance with ABB IS Enterprise ArchitectureProviding leadership to work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and adviceLiving ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the businessManaging Service Portfolio based on customer demands in an Agile, product-oriented mannerQualifications for the role• More than 5 years of experience in IT service operations working in similar role• Knowledge and experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL)• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tool (like Jira, GitLab, GitHub)• Previous experience managing development team is a plus• Sound knowledge of Azure Cloud or other hyperscalers• Sound knowledge of Terraform and DevOps practices• Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on time, in cross-functional, virtual and international teams• A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong communication skills• Working knowledge from Agile, Scrum and DevOpsMore about usOur mission in ABB IS (Information Systems) is to harness the power of information technology to deliver valuable, reliable, and competitive IS services for ABB.
