Job Description

Leads US Market Access Neuroscience marketing strategy and execution for launch product Tavapadon. Effectively orchestrates communication and alignment across the Payer, Supply Chain, MPS, HEOR, GA, and MABI channels and serve as the US Market Access subject matter expert for the Neuroscience Brand Team.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Tavapadon market access launch strategy in partnership with key cross- functional partners (e.g. marketing analytics and business intelligence, medical affairs, HEOR, GA, medical and regulatory review, OEC, and legal) 
  • Develop and test contracting and pricing strategy and recommendation, with a specific focus on Part D
  • Develop and own Tavapadon Market Access LSR content
  • Help build a value proposition that conveys the clinical and economic value provided by Tavapadon by understanding and articulating the business implications and economic impact for each stakeholder
  • Drive primary market research activities designed to inform launch strategy and development of value proposition and pricing recommendation
  • Coordinate and manage agency relations and activities to enable development of core launch materials for sales teams
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution 
  • Work with Trade team to build out the Tavapadon distribution model
  • Serve as the US Market Access and reimbursement subject matter expert by providing PCS and IMAP teams a thorough understanding of US Managed Care environment through membership of pipeline commercialization model for relevant product Value and Access Teams (VATs)
  • Provide support for marketing vision, strategies, plans and resource investment for Tavapadon while encompassing a “Team” mindset in all strategies

Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hr day) is required

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required to enable this individual to demonstrate an appropriate level of business acumen, the ability to process scientific information and financial analysis.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Neuroscience experience preferred but not required. 
  • 3 years of US Market Access experience preferred with On-Market experience in Parkinson’s
  • Pre- launch activities and Market Access launch experience
  • Knowledge of Part D marketplace, government pricing codes and reimbursement
