In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering analysis, insights, and recommendations to Marketing leaders in support of brand strategy. You’ll use your knowledge of digital and non-digital channels and relevant data to identify trends in performance and build a narrative around appropriate strategic and tactical adjustments to drive increased performance and efficiency of targeted advertising touch points and new digital initiatives. You will be expected to partner with Brand and Sales Leadership to align Marketing strategies and key priorities while supporting the current and future portfolio. A successful candidate must be able to meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.Primary Responsibilities:· Translates brand objectives into analysis design and supports opportunity assessment through use and understanding of multiple data assets· Designs measurement plans, KPIs, and dashboards to track campaign reach and impact.· Designs and implements experimental testing against marketing channels, consulting on sample size, treatment/control selection, duration to reach significance, and definition of success criteria.· Executes data measurement processes and analysis that feed into KPIs and dashboards· Reports campaign impact up to Digital lead and Brand marketer to inform brand plans and strategies· Collaborates closely with content engine and omni-channel excellence members to re-design campaigns based on measurement· Develops expertise across platforms and channels to enable measurement of campaign efficacy including social, paid search and programmaticThis role is hybrid in Mettawa, IL Tuesday-ThursdayQualifications· Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business, or similar with a focus on quantitative data analysis preferred. Advanced degree preferred.· 5+ years experience in client-facing data analysis roles is required, including use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies. Experience within in the Pharma/BioTech industry is a plus.· Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for stakeholders with varying levels of analytic expertise· Have a good understanding of basic statistical techniques and methodologies as well as an understanding of hypothesis testing, A / B testing (e.g. t-tests, ANOVA)· Experience in predictive analytics and experimental design with an ability to effectively define requirements and interpret results.· Proficiency with SQL - ability to write basic queries from scratch and modify complex queries (e.g. Big Query, Hue, SQL Assistant)· Proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense); ability to create user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports· Data-driven storytelling skills to create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)· Ability to work cross-functionally and with others with diverse skill set.Additional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
