One of our client in Lounge BAR/Hospitability Industry
· Be in complete coordination with the BOH team & HO and ensure smooth & seamless operations.
· Look after entire FOH operations
· Ensure staff handling, grooming-hygiene-punctuality, employee motivation, grievance handling, conflict management, and solving every staff issue with a win-win approach; taking necessary and prompt action at all times with respect to staff issues, referring grave concerns to higher management without any delay
· Human resource aspects of a restaurant- recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures etc. must be looked after
· Ensure Captain and Asst. Managers across the floor are carrying out their responsibilities efficiently at all times
· Ensure logical and accurate allocation of duties and tasks to the team
· Ensure standard processes are followed at all times.
· Ensure equipment are well maintained and clean at all times, and used as per standard operating procedures.
· Ensure daily review of work schedules and execution done by the team in terms of pre preparations, work area readiness, mis-en-place, hygiene, checklists etc.
· Conduct weekly briefings of the team and/or as and when necessary
· Communicate relevant information and maintain relevant registers.
· Display positive people management skills and excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire team positively on the floor at all times.
Ensure that all staff are under control and treated fairly

Salary: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
