This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $25.90-$28.50 an hour. Are you ready to make a difference in the retail world? Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is on the lookout for a dedicated Agent of Asset Protection in the vibrant East Bay, specifically in Brentwood, CA. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for implementing Asset Protection initiatives across several locations. Your keen eye and strategic mindset will help reduce shrink while working closely with local store management to meet high-priority objectives. You’ll dive into training store associates on best practices in Asset Protection, ensuring everyone knows the rules and procedures for maintaining a safe shopping environment. Through operational audits, you’ll assess store operations, pre-shrink indicators, and safety compliance measures to keep our stores secure. Surveillance isn’t just about watching; it’s about acting appropriately, which includes investigating discrepancies and working with local law enforcement on organized retail crime matters. Plus, you’ll get the chance to support various strategic projects with the regional team, making this role both challenging and rewarding. If you have a passion for retail and possess strong communication skills, along with at least two years of experience in Asset Protection or a similar field, we’d love to hear from you.
