As the head of our Integrated Marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with our overall business objectives, aligning marketing initiatives with product launches, brand awareness efforts, sales goals, and market expansion plans. You will build a talented team of marketers, working cross-functionally to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, prospect interest, customer engagement, and revenue growth.What You’ll Do• Oversee the creation, orchestration, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints that balance long-term planning with constant testing and optimization• Design, implement, and iterate on Abnormal’s integrated campaign framework• Own the implementation and iteration of Abnormal’s Buyer Journey, working with relevant stakeholders to map personas and messaging, align tactics and programs, oversee segmentation, and help build cross-functional acquisition and expansion strategies across the journey• Ensure effective collaboration and integration with Digital, Field Marketing, Brand Creative, Content Marketing/Communications, Strategic Events, Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Channel, and other relevant stakeholder teams to create streamlined planning and execution processes• Lead annual global marketing calendar development• Partner with PMM and Brand to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, using insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth• Oversee a national programs function to support the Americas Field Marketing team in the creation of campaigns and sales plays for regional adoption and adaptation• Regularly measure and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.• Build a team of talented, agile integrated campaign marketers who are excellent program managers with depth in our industry, technology, and key personasWhat You’ll Bring To The Table• 10+ years of high tech marketing experience and a broad-based understanding of all of the disciplines of marketing (and specific experience in Digital and/or Field Marketing)• Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/execution experience and an understanding of digital marketing best practices• Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution• A deep understanding of integrated campaign best practices, playbooks, customer journeys, etc.• First-line management experience with a proven track record of building new teams and with diverse skill sets from the ground up• Experience influencing and getting results in a matrixed environment through excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills• Strong ability to work upstream, effectively elevate strategic concerns, assert influence in final outcomes• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms• Ability to travel up to 20%
