CP Skin Health Group is looking for an Academia Department Administrator to join our Academia team who will be responsible for supporting all administrative tasks and customer support for an important and impressionable customer base. This person will be charged with expanding student relationships and contributing to improving internal processes to support these strategically important customers. The Academia Department Administrator will report directly to the Senior Manager of Academia.


What you will do

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Academia department.
  • Provide full service customer support to all students.
  • Update student accounts to professionals as they become licensed and assign to the correct level of support for their business needs.
  • Work closely with the Leads and Sales Ops teams to encourage and maintain efficient business processes.
  • Create and maintain customer information for all school accounts.
  • Support CRM system processes.
  • Schedule, process and coordinate all school education trainings.
  • Process school and student orders when necessary.
  • Interact as needed with inside and outside sales, education, and marketing teams.
  • Support the daily needs of the Academia department and work on special projects as needed.
  • Maintain data spreadsheets for all department needs.
  • Pull monthly data reports for team visibility.
  • Conduct follow-up support to student attendees post PCA seminar, increasing student outreach to ensure healthy postgraduate conversion rates.
  • Manage education course correspondence with school customers.
  • Handle overflow support for fellow Academia team members.


Required qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • An active esthetics license or cosmetology license.
  • 1+ years in administrative and/or customer service roles.
  • CRM customer management experience.
  • Database knowledge and general data management skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc).


Preferred qualifications

  • Ability to create, manage and enhance customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and C4C.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building-skills, with the ability to communicate up, down and across levels of the organization.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to take initiative to solve problems with little direction.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Salary Range $20 - $22 USD/hr + Annual Bonus Eligibility


Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
