Academic Services Associate

The Academic Services Associate (ASA) position is responsible for online student support and assists with registration, processes degree audits, assists students with processing paperwork, and assists with other advising duties as necessary.

This position is located in Troy, AL, and is not a telecommuting position.

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
2. Extensive computer knowledge
3. Proficiency in communication (verbal and written)
4. Excellent organizational skills

1. Experience in a higher education environment
2. Knowledge of Troy University online academic services procedures
