The Sr. Program Manager - IT Applications Management is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing IT business partnerships and technology portfolio management across critical corporate and industry functions, including HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy, External Manufacturing, and Facilities. With a strong emphasis on strategic alignment and operational excellence, this role will engage with senior leadership to drive priority initiatives, manage application lifecycles, oversee resource allocation, and ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary IT business partner for stakeholders and senior leadership across Corporate and Industry domains (HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy, External Manufacturing, and Facilities).
  • Own and manage the technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Oversee and direct critical IT initiatives, providing strategic guidance and insight for steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
  • Manage application lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for projects and applications within your portfolio.
  • Supervise and manage resources, including internal project managers and external vendors, ensuring optimal allocation, performance, and delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with business leaders, clearly articulating IT strategy, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant IT experience, including significant leadership experience in application management and program/project oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy, External Manufacturing, or Facilities functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing external vendors.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
