Primary Skills: Interaction Design, User Research, Prototyping, Technical Writing Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Contract Type: W2 Only Location: Remote Pay Rate: $50-55 Per Hour on W2 basis “Grow Your Skills by Working with Industry Leaders” JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Crafting and refining conversational flows for digital and voice assistant products. • Collaborating with software engineers and development teams to realize design solutions.• Conducting and analyzing usability evaluations to improve user experience.• Utilizing tools like Figma for mocking up and sketching interaction designs.• Demonstrating and applying expert-level knowledge in conversational UI and UX practices through a strong portfolio of both personal and team-based work.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Proven experience designing voice or chat(text) operated user interfaces or conversational agents.• Expertise in qualitative user research methods and research analysis• Expertise in creating, conducting, and analyzing usability evaluations• Interactive prototyping skills• Technical writing and communications design• QA / Regression Testing• Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.ABOUT AKRAYA"Akraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a positive work environment.
