This role involves coordinating with the warehouse, clients, and engineers to manage the supply of parts to customers. Additionally, the associate will handle documentation and support returns processes.Responsibilities:1. Order Processing• Identify part requests with specific priority.• Identify inventory availability based on order requirements.• Coordinate with warehouse and engineers to facilitate order dispatch and delivery.• Generate invoices and documentation for order dispatch.2. Return Requests• Process part return requests based on engineer feedback.• Generate documentation for part return requests.• Liaise with 3rd party logistics for part retrieval.• Complete system transactions.Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service operationsPreferred Qualifications:• Supply Chain experience• Call Center experienceProfessional Skills Requirements:• Fluent in Japanese• Proficient in MS Office• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.• Self-managed individual with minimum supervisionCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
