You love the idea of supporting a dynamic and growing organization and making your mark on a business process because you are driven to provide value to the business anyway you can!In this position, you will:• Lead sales-related activities on behalf of our brand partners at a major Retailer.• In partnership with the brand, develop and spearhead the multi-channel strategy and ensure maximum sales/profitability results.• Act as a liaison between our brand partner and Retailer ensuring first class communication.• Assist in Business Development initiatives.• Lead sales negotiations on behalf of our brand partners.• Develop and implement annual promotional/funding strategies.• Constantly challenge Retailer with new initiatives + program opportunities that may typically fall outside of the norm.• Explore complimentary partnerships + cross department opportunities to help drive incremental sales.• Lead all onboarding efforts for all new brand partners.• Suggest and build merchandising options.• Provide strategic guidance around marketing plans for the brand utilizing Retailer levers (Rewards program, Roundel, TPA, Promotional planning, etc.).• Understand competitive market data within the category.• Constantly analyze brand performance and suggest/execute ways to improve.• Participate in weekly company product/brand evaluation.Basic Qualifications:• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales experience working directly with a major Retailer.Preferred Qualifications:• Strong understanding of retail systems.• You are brand obsessed and know how to sell stories.• Willingness to travel.• Building great relationships is your thing.• You take pride in doing awesome work.• You thrive in uncomfortable situations.• Strong business management and organizational skills.• You are action and detail oriented.• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
