You’ll define and drive client strategy, identify goals and challenges, and manage the sales process to create new opportunities. Working closely with a Retail-focused team — including a Market Development Partner, Direct Sales Lead, and Retail Sector Lead — you’ll help shape project direction, respond to market needs, and align our solutions with client expectations.
As a Client Partner Lead for the Financial Services & Insurance segment, you will own the strategy, revenue goals, and client relationships across your portfolio. You’ll build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth. In this role, you’ll guide a team of Client Partners, supporting them in developing account strategies, sharing industry insights, and meeting performance goals in line with Accesa’s 5-star customer experience standards.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, Legal, and Finance, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our initiatives in the Financial Services & Insurance space.
