Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional staff member qualified to perform on-base and on-call duties within the Mobile Mental Health Team to support the Ulster county community by implementing safety plans and follow-up support until linkage to outpatient services is in place.
Clinicians are required to be skilled in the clinical triage and assessment of all emergency, urgent, and routine calls. Able to assess the needs of each individual served and intervene as appropriate to the situation. Coordinate outreach services, service planning, follow-up support and administrative back up as needed and clinically appropriate. Work in compliance with MMHT, agency and regulatory procedural guidelines
Qualifications:
Professional license required-LMSW, LCSW or LMHC, Limited Permit acceptable
Flexibility
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
