The Role
2024 is shaping up to be a big year for Accorded! We are looking for a logistics-loving and creative Field Marketing Coordinator to help lead us to this next exciting growth stage of our business by supporting our field marketing program (including trade shows, in-person community events, virtual webinars), driving demand generation and brand awareness. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will partner with other marketing functions as well as work closely with teams across the business including Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You are data-driven with an eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Responsibilities
FIELD MARKETING (70%)
Event Logistics:
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, managing logistics, venue setup, and ensuring smooth event operations
- Maintain event calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and keep key stakeholders informed of upcoming activities
- Support travel and hotel bookings for team members attending events, ensuring alignment with schedules and company policies
Data Analysis & Management:
- Support the cleaning, enrichment, and uploading of lead lists into CRM systems post-events, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Report on field marketing activity performance and ROI
Research and Coordination:
- Conduct research on potential venues, vendors, speakers, influencers, and organizations to support event planning and promotion
- Research and compile target lists for pre-event outreach, identifying potential attendees, partners, and sponsors to enhance event success
Shipping and Swag Coordination:
- Manage shipping logistics for event materials and coordinate the production and distribution of promotional items, swag, and gifts
Ad-Hoc Event Tasks:
- Handle miscellaneous tasks related to both virtual and in-person events, providing support where needed to ensure the success of the overall marketing strategy
COMMERCIAL TEAM SUPPORT (30%)
Marketing operations:
- Assist marketing team with lead qualification and enrichment
- Build and maintain marketing workflows and nurture sequences
Content creation:
- Actively participate in the development and execution of promotional materials, such as videos, landing pages, and emails, collaborating with design and content teams to maintain branding consistency
Qualifications
We're looking for...
- 1-2 years experience managing marketing and trade show events for a B2B startup or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in executing on trade show-related logistics, including hotel room blocks, conference room booking, service orders, and booth materials.
- Keen visual event design aesthetic while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to develop close, trusting relationships with Sales as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams, agencies, event partners and vendors.
- Experience in tracking, measuring and analyzing marketing and event activity performance and ROI.
- High organizational skills and a self-starter; meticulous attention to detail and follow-through, taking pride in quality, creativity, execution, productivity.
- Passion for improving trust and transparency in healthcare.
- Ability to travel domestically to events as required including occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape, types of stakeholders, and channels.
