Accordion is a leading firm in finance focusing on enhancing value in private equity-backed companies. They seek a seasoned Director to lead Carve-Out transactions, delivering critical insights and support to CFOs.

Responsibilities

Partner with Accordion’s leaders for Carve-Out transactions.
Design Day 1 readiness plans for accounting processes.
Oversee interim accounting functions in challenging environments.
Establish efficient finance and accounting functions.
Prepare financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance.
Mentor junior team members.
Support business development activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA preferred
