About the Role:

Responsible for funds movement, reconciliations, and procedures for Pathward's prepaid card programs. Work in tandem with Financial Operations managers to ensure strong, policy-compliant processes are in place and being followed.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversight of all the funding reconciliation processes, and policies and standards aligned with this function.
  • Oversee the investigation and resolution of outstanding funds movement & reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data ensuring all related accounts are fully reconciled and outstanding issues are identified and are appropriately researched/resolved
  • Work with new and existing partners and processors to ensure programs and processes conform to bank requirements regarding processing, funding, functionality, compliance, and reporting.
  • Communicate and collaborate with applicable internal and external groups to ensure effective and efficient processes and working relationships.
  • Conduct analysis to determine root cause, identifies issues associated with the program and drives to resolution.
  • Assist in the creation of policies and corresponding Provide leadership in the adherence to policies and procedures .
  • Works with operational areas to establish, validate and track accurate funding, settlement and billing.
  • Responsible for continuous quality improvement of the program and processes.
  • Determine appropriate metrics and monitor and follow up on performance to ensure metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Plan, monitor and evaluate staff performance and review job contributions of the employees supervised.
  • Prioritize work and resources of the department.
  • Responsible for the supervision of other to include: hiring, training, assigning and directing work, establishing goals, evaluating performance and resolving employee-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
