Account Analyst

We're looking for an Account Analyst to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Here's what you need to know about the role, our team and why Flatiron Health is the right next step in your career. 

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work within the Customer Success team to support the success and governance of Flatiron’s relationship with its community oncology practice customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. You'll work directly with Account Managers and coordinate across internal partners at Flatiron (e.g., Product, Support, Legal, and Finance) to optimize our Customer Success offering, including partnership on strategic projects and post-live support. In addition, you’ll also:

  • Partner with Account Managers to serve Flatiron’s most strategic customers, enabling customer success on Flatiron technology 
  • Support product rollouts in collaboration with Product Operations for key customers; preparing customer education materials, scheduling product meetings, and collecting customer feedback
  • Support contracting and project management work for new integrations at customer sites, collaborating with Flatiron engineers and outside vendors
  • Coordinate customer onsite agendas, optimizing for both customer needs and Flatiron goals 
  • Clearly communicate project progress and report customer concerns to lead Account Manager
  • Advocate for customer needs and ideas internally, and work collaboratively with other teams and lead Account Manager to achieve outcomes and results for customers
  • Establish rapport with customers and ensure that their questions and concerns are resolved in a timely manner and are clearly documented

This is a highly cross-functional role, focused on working with internal teams as well as customers, including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Clinical, and Value-based Care. Ultimately, the Account Management team is responsible for advocating for customers and working to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • You have 0-1 years experience in account management, client services, project management or consulting
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a team player who is able to take direction and execute independently
  • You are well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively
  • You are excited to create an exceptional customer experience 
  • You are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are passionate about our mission to improve healthcare through technology
