E2open is looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to support our enterprise sales teams to drive marketing programs that increase engagement, new business, create and accelerated sales cycles with existing and new global clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in strategizing and executing account-, solution- and industry-specific multi-channel new, up-sell, cross-sell and demand gen campaigns and in partnering closely with field sales teams on targeted account-based marketing (ABM).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise between sales, solutions consulting, product marketing and customer success to drive mid-to-late stage pipeline and expand footprint with existing and new enterprise customers
  • Closely integrate with sales executives, supporting the needs of their industry and territory and driving the strategic direction and execution of ABM strategies
  • Develop and implement 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs to cross-sell applications and expand annual recurring revenue with existing and new logo accounts
  • Leverage 6sense ABM automation platform to identify and monitor buyer intent keywords and buying stage to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns to segmented audiences at scale
  • Manage and execute mid-funnel demand gen campaigns across 6sense display and retargeting ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, Marketo email campaigns, real-time web personalization, third party content syndication, etc.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing communications, events, brand, marketing operations, customer success, sales, product marketing and product management to coordinate campaigns and ensure effective campaigns to in-market accounts and target personas
  • Develop target buyer personas and tailor industry -specific value proposition to fit a variety of programs across the buyer's journey
  • Create messaging to drive industry-specific multi-channel ABM campaigns across SDR cadences, Marketo email nurture campaigns, content syndication, content hubs, social media, webinars, industry events, direct mail, web personalization, search and retargeting ads, thought leadership, field outreach and sales enablement
  • Drive the strategy to execution of industry/regional events, CABs, executive workshops, and field and industry webinars
  • Sales enablement including developing 1:1 account-based content hubs to accelerate active sales cycles
  • Deliver closed loop marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on campaign performance, and pipeline and revenue attribution
  • Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-8 years of B2B demand generation, field marketing and digital marketing experience; experience in Account-Based Marketing preferred
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation (Salesforce + Marketo preferred)
  • Experience with an ABM/ABX platform (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase, Reactful, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns preferred
  • Experience leveraging content hub tools (e.g. Paperflite) tailored to the buyer's journey and social advocacy tools (e.g. Oktopost) to drive account engagement is a plus
  • Track record of consistently delivering measurable results and making data driven decisions
  • Proven experience working with sales teams
  • Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
  • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • General office environment and responsibilities requiring:
    • Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday
    • Placing and receiving phone calls
    • Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
    • May require occasional travel as needed
