Job Description

160over90 is a global, culturally-led creative agency with expertise across advertising, branding, experiential, brand partnerships, PR and communications. From offices in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong and Sydney, 160over90 serves leading brands including AB InBev, Audi, Dicks Sporting Goods, HSBC, Marriott International, T-Mobile and Visa. 160over90 sits within Endeavor, the global entertainment, sports and content company.

Account Coordinators are instrumental in the execution of client programs and are a critical part of our team. The individual will support Account Managers and Account Directors in day-to-day project tasks, and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Account Coordinator will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment in the field of Sport Sponsorship and Marketing. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, hard-working and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Service Team for a large client, specific to the event ticketing industry to include (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, and team organization, etc.
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client, partners and any other relevant parties involved in the partnership
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives
  • Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports
  • Support team with research requests
  • Generate call agendas and notes as well as handle scheduling
  • Monitor sports industry news and trends, specifically in the sports space
Education And Skills
  • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Agency Experience or previous internship is a plus.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
  • Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Pleasant, positive attitude.
  • Time management – ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Available for periodic travel, some nights and weekends required for event execution
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$15.96 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$20.50 hourly
