OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Account Development Manager (ADM) to join our Revenue department.

As an ADM, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue goals for the overall business while actively managing a team of Account Development Representatives. This is a management role with an individual contributor quota. You will be responsible for developing your team’s capabilities, managing all appropriate sales objectives, and drive new business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience on an inside sales or business development team

  • Experience prospecting, networking, identifying key decision makers, and maintaining a sales pipeline of enterprise customers

  • Strong sales acumen, with proven success understanding and utilizing sales best practices including objection handling, pushback scripting, etc.

  • Successful track record of being a top performer

  • Experience training, mentoring, and coaching other sales reps

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Account Development Manager on our Enterprise Sales team, you will:

  • Be responsible of a team of 2+ Account Development Representatives (ADR)

  • Provide day to day coaching, lead performance conversations, and support career development of direct reports

  • Create, own and manage strategy for outbound metrics

  • Define, track, and communicate weekly, quarterly, and annual goals to the team to drive consistent performance

  • Build a culture of motivated and inspired team members by creating a fun and engaging team culture

  • Monitor team activity and train on best practices to drive prospect engagement and team success

  • Provide clear visibility on pipeline performance

  • Own CRM & Sales Engagement process for yourself and ADRs and recommend process improvements

  • Conduct outbound prospecting alongside ADRs leveraging multiple outreach methods (cold call, email, social media) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel

  • Work your way through the hierarchy of e-commerce businesses, pitching high-level executives and key decision makers

  • Lead introductory sales calls and assisting Sales Directors by scheduling meetings/presentations for Enterprise prospects.

  • Serve as an expert on Quartile, educating your team and prospects on the value of Quartile's technology and developing them into sales-ready opportunities

  • The base pay for this position is targeted at $80,000 per year. Projected variable compensation of $40,000 will be provided as part of the total compensation package should you hit all of your agreed upon sales targets
