About the Role
We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and intellectually curious Enterprise Account Executive to sell Lively's benefits solutions (HSA/FSA and more) to organizations with 1,001-5,000 employees. This is an outside sales role responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing executive level relationships with new clients and key business partners, including benefits consultants selling into this market. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and penetrating customers on your target account list, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals. You will work very closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
As part of our sales organization, you will be selling directly to the enterprise market and working with our clients to explain the value of offering a variety of benefits solutions that meet their needs. You will execute on a territory plan to deliver maximum revenue potential, and are comfortable working with prospects to come up with custom solutions to their unique business needs.

The base salary range listed below for this position is inclusive of all U.S. States and Washington D.C. Actual pay will depend on the candidate's location and experience.
Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 base + commission DOE
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
