About the Role

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and intellectually curious Enterprise Account Executive to sell Lively's benefits solutions (HSA/FSA and more) to organizations with 1,001-5,000 employees. This is an outside sales role responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing executive level relationships with new clients and key business partners, including benefits consultants selling into this market. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and penetrating customers on your target account list, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals. You will work very closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

As part of our sales organization, you will be selling directly to the enterprise market and working with our clients to explain the value of offering a variety of benefits solutions that meet their needs. You will execute on a territory plan to deliver maximum revenue potential, and are comfortable working with prospects to come up with custom solutions to their unique business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of all sales activity in your assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quotas or activity metrics
  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone and email sales discussions with prospective clients in multiple industries
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Lively can drive healthcare cost reduction to their company and drive up employee engagement
  • Coordinate with an employer prospect's benefits consultants to create win-win solutions
  • Map out various decision-makers and influencers needed to close deals, effectively engaging all to drive new business for Lively
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound, SDR-generated, and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Lively can help solve their business needs
  • Partner with marketing and product departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Provide market feedback to help further refine our ideal customer profile across industries
  • Travel to prospect meetings as may be needed (30-50% travel)

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an account executive or sales in SaaS, HR-tech, or benefits industries
  • 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise size (1000+ employees) HR buyers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Proven track record of consistently outperforming activity metrics
  • Must be proficient in Salesforce CRM, as well as other sales automation softwares to support a modern sales approach
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycle - from prospecting through closing
  • Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
  • Impeccable presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage various audiences
  • Highly interpersonal, solutions-oriented, and analytical in nature
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, memorable, and inspirational way
  • Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality. We work hard, have fun, and treat people with respect.

The base salary range listed below for this position is inclusive of all U.S. States and Washington D.C. Actual pay will depend on the candidate's location and experience.

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 base + commission DOE

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
