Summary of Position:

The Account Executive position is responsible for managing print and digital consumer promotions (coupon campaigns) for one of our Fortune 500 CPG clients. He/she will work collaboratively with the client to understand promotion specifications and flawlessly execute projects. Agility, project management and organization skills are imperative to successfully navigate frequent scope changes and manage numerous projects consecutively. As the project lead and liaison between the client and all applicable suppliers, the Account Executive must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

  • Act as main point of contact (project owner) managing communication, timelines and deliverables amongst all vendor(s) and client stakeholders for all assigned print and/or digital coupon promotions.
  • Work within client and supplier systems to set up coupon offers and barcodes.
  • Scan, review, validate coupon proofs/offers from creative agency prior to being released to print vendor.
  • Manage creation of all purchase orders relative to assigned promotions.
  • Lead establishment and development of new or improved processes/procedures.
  • Remain current on trends and innovation within the consumer promotion industry; provide continuous, applicable thought leadership to client.

  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s in Business or Communication a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; or Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Ability to identify and provide creative solutions to challenges.
  • Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and manage numerous projects consecutively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; passionate about client services.
