Job Summary:

Develop strategy, analyze market trends, and create innovative solutions as part of a high growth, client-centric, property team. We are experts in the property insurance industry with a focus on analyzing clients' data, exploring traditional and alternative products, and driving solutions for our clients.

Join our team as a National Property Insurance Specialist. Your responsibilities will include advocating on behalf of our clients, developing relationships with carriers across multiple geographies, developing innovative solutions, and collaborating internally.


What You'll Do:


  • Partner with clients to identify risk and devise a cost/benefit analysis of risk retention or transfer
  • Lead renewal processes through submission development, strategy implementation, negotiations, coverage analysis, and presentations
  • Analyze data, catastrophe modeling, risk recommendations, and carrier appetites tendencies
  • Demonstrate industry, coverage, product, and technical expertise
  • Leverage and assist in the development of analytics to simplify our employee and client experience
  • Establish leadership-driven approach to fostering talent development
  • Coordinate with teams, such as Analytics, Claims, and International to drive market-leading coverage and client service

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex client issues
  • Strong technical skills, including broad understanding of insurance coverages and solutions
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and overseas

More About Us:

Compensation: Anticipated salary between $126,644.00 – $211,073.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 12% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
