Account Management Coordinator

Storable is looking for a versatile Account Management Coordinator to prioritize tasks and grow our customer base. When connecting with Storable Insurance partners, this person will need to shift seamlessly between identifying where we can deliver additional value and coordinate the efforts to fulfill partner growth and retention.

What you will do everyday:

Provide administrative, technical, and quantitative support to the Sales Executives
Onboarding of new clients
Foster and maintain ongoing strong relationship with Storable partners
Prepare and execute retention, negotiation and/or upsell conversations
Maintain thorough knowledge of existing customers' business, the self storage market & its competitors

What you need to bring to the table:

Experience working in customer service, account management or in a similar role
Experience working in customer service, account management or in a similar role
Self Discipline to monitor several moving pieces at the same time whether for a short or long cycle
Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
Superior organization and time management skills
Aptitude for active listening while simultaneously considering what recommendations could be made for process improvement whether within Storable or while speaking with customers.
Experience being in a fast paced, start up environment, or comparable work experience where capturing information accurately and calmly is a necessity.

Bonus points:

Experience or knowledge of the self storage industry and/or insurance

Position pay range

$37,634—$52,103 USD
