Ibotta is looking for a Product Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As a member of our mobile squad, you will be responsible for personalizing the user (i.e. saver) experience based on their level of engagement and activity within the app. You will own the strategy and execution of your defined roadmap to build out an entirely new domain within our mobile space. You will collaborate with teams in Engineering, Machine Learning, Product Design, and more to develop brand new user experiences and features from the ground up.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Work with machine learning teams and business teams to build a real time curated Mobile app experience
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, project managers and marketers working toward our strategic initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize initiatives to deliver the greatest business impact
Identify near and long term initiatives to define a product vision and roadmap for the team
Specify what success looks like for your domain; how it will be measured and how it will impact company-wide goals (OKRs)
Translate user needs and insights into product requirements. Use A/B testing, UX research, as well as other quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and prioritization
Partner with other product teams and decision science teams to ensure back end services and data flow are performant and accurate.
Build partnerships and manage stakeholders across product development and other departments

What we are looking for:
3+ years of product management experience at fast-growing tech companies specializing in building impactful end-to-end customer experiences in mobile and/or web
BA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math or related field is required
Experience building front-end, consumer products that use back-end services and data integrations
Experience conducting and leveraging A/B testing to guide decision making
The ability to make trade-off decisions based on large amounts of data
A desire to become a subject matter expert on your domain and represent its strategy to senior leadership
An ego-free embrace of vigorous debate and conviction that it's better to be aligned than right
A strategic perspective to say no to good ideas so we can focus on the few, truly great ones
Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and bolster your decisions with focus and brevity
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with leaders and cross functional teams.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity. Candidates must live in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Base compensation range: $90,000-$120,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
