Essential Functions:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota goals, revenue and gross margin targets for designated territory.
  • Prospect, cold call and open 3 new accounts monthly.
  • Develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Implement an effective territory sell through plan, which includes ROI, events, and team incentives.
  • Network with industry reps and develop a strong lead generation program.
  • Provide superior customer service with all established and prospective customers.
  • Establish, nurture and manage relationships with clients, home office employees, and industry leaders.
  • Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system.
  • Attend and provide sales support for national and regional trade shows and events, as required.
  • Effectively communicate with all team members within the organization.
  • Adhere to the Company quality system and regulatory requirements.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or in a similar field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Spa, medical, skincare, or the cosmetics industry, esthetician license a plus.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, CRM-Sales Force and Excel.
  • Positive attitude, self-confidence, honesty and a team player outlook required.
  • Must possess a creative, out of the box approach to problem resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency, work effectively under pressure, and be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to present, demonstrate and sell to a diverse audience and in a variety of settings.
  • 90% of time spent in the field. Occasional weekends, trade show attendance and occasional overnight travel required.

Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 Annually
