Responsibilities:
EXPLEO USA is looking for an Account Manager, to join a dynamic and expanding team in Mobile, AL..
Customer Relationship:
- Contribute to the consolidation and maintenance of business relationships with clients through regular follow-ups on projects and needs.

Work in proximity with Business Development
-
Evaluate customer satisfaction during the project life through quarterly survey; reports surveys’ results to Quality for analysis and data processing
- Monitoring the Customer Performance Indicators on projects
-
Escalate customer complaints to Quality, participates in the root cause analysis and the definition of mitigation actions
Employee’s/contractor’s management:
-
Anticipate the skills necessary for the development of activities
-
Maintain close relationship with external employees
-
Build training plan for the employees
-
Approve ADP requests of employees under his/her responsibility
-
Approve ADP timesheets after verification completed by Project Coordinators; review and approve expenses claims
-
Organize annual performance reviews for external employees
- Involved with monitoring the skills of the employees
-
Escalate potential disciplinary actions to HR department
- Support Director of HR on lay-off announcement
- Provide information on the headcount, number of FTEs, billable hours per month
In terms of project’s management:
- Accountable for project performance
-
Define priorities and attend technical interviews with recruiter and candidate
- Review customer Purchase Order's, identify discrepancies, establish mitigating actions

Approve customers’ and contractors’ invoices
- Collaborate with TAS Coordinator

Prepare and actively participate in internal and external reviews

Take part with internal or external projects audits
-
Participate in annual suppliers’ performance review according to Procurement procedure and criteria
-
Ensure efficient flow down communication

Actively participates into DMM
