Work location:

Remote- candidate must be local enough to be able to commute to Newark, NJ office for meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibilities are application of all incoming cash and daily positive pay activity from banks.
• Prepare bank reconciliations in Blackline.
• Assist with month-end and quarterly closing by preparing various journal entries in SAP/Blackline.
• Respond to inquiries from the internal and external auditors and address other ad hoc requests.
• Knowledge of SAP and Blackline.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• East Newark, NJ 07029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Blackline: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
