Accountant

General Responsibilities

• Applies accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare reports while ensuring all deliverables comply with regulatory and professional standards.
• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and documenting variance analysis.
• The ideal candidate will play an integral role in ASH 842 Leases, and Professional Services accounting (OPEX/CAPEX), among other tasks in General Accounting as needed.
• Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for assigned roles.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited four-year institution.
• At least three (3) years of experience working with the full accounting cycle.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP principles.
• Previous experience working with MS Office software.
• Previous experience working with SAP or similar software is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
