Accounting Assistant - Temp

Tyler Technologies is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant Temp to join our Tyler Platform Solutions Division team for three to six months. The Accounting Assistant Temp will provide additional support to the Accounts Receivable (A/R) team before and during ‘busy’ season. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Microsoft Excel and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable mailbox management
• Distribution of client invoices
• Client taxability review project assistance
• Client contact project for D365 integration
• Contribute ideas and suggest process improvements to drive greater efficiencies
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with all internal resources as well as with customers
• Other projects as requested

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting principles
• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Excel and Accounting software
• Ability to thrive and perform under tight deadlines while managing competing demands
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
