Join us as our new Accounting Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Corporate Finance team. The Accounting Manager position will play a critical role in our financial reporting process. Ideally, you'll be passionate about ensuring accuracy in our numbers and further developing our experienced team of individual contributors.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Ensuring accurate monthly and annual financial reporting for North America region
• Maintaining strong adherence to internal control framework
• Supervising, training and developing accounting staff.
• Supporting external audit process
• Supporting internal stakeholders with timely, accurate, easy-to-understand data.
• Ensuring that Grants are in compliance with Financial Assistance Rules
• Having the ability to juggle competing priorities while delivering superior results.
• Identifying, communicating and implementing process improvements in a proactive manner
• Managing all business partner relationships related to job responsibilities.

Potentially relevant experience:

• B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment with at least two years of supervisory experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central 365 a plus)
• CPA is a plus.

Minimal, if any, travel required

Location: Franklinton, North Carolina (open to remote)

Expected Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 USD
