*What You Will Be Doing:*

• Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Handle internal and external inquiries concerning payment and account status
• Review and code vendor invoices
• Compiles summaries of information relating to processed documents
• Locates and extracts information from files and records as requested

*What We Look For:*

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working daily with vendors and various branches to answer vendor inquiries, discrepancies and to get issues resolved in order to get invoiced processed in a timely manner
• Demonstrated attention to detail and proven customer focus skills strongly preferred
• Experience with Avid is a plus!
