Position Overview:

This Accounts Payable Specialist position is part of the Accounts Payable team. The applicant should have a strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and customer service experience. The applicant should be able to complete tasks independently.

Principal Duties:
· Process vendor invoices
o Monitor mailbox for invoices received from suppliers
o Download invoices from supplier sites
o Ensure accurate coding of supplier invoices
o Scan and route invoices for approval using Oracle Fusion workflow
· Set-up new supplier records
· Reconcile supplier statements, research, and resolve discrepancies
· Assist with other special projects

Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize when working on several projects simultaneously
· Strong attention to detail
· Oracle Fusion experience preferred
· Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
· Ability to work independently
