Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our highly valued accounting team! As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a key player on the Revenue Team responsible for the collection of outstanding receivables, resolving customer disputes and escalating collection issues internally.

What you'll do

• Conduct collections follow-up by telephone or email regarding timely payment of invoices
• Consistently monitor the AR Aging report to determine potential payment issues and promptly follow up for resolution
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve AR disputes (invoices, short payment, tax deductions, etc.)
• Work cross functionally with departments such as Sales, SalesOps, Product, as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Help with customer onboarding process which includes setting up new accounts in NetSuite and third party supplier portals
• Help manage refunds, account adjustments and write offs in accordance with company policies
• Apply all forms of payments in NetSuite accurately and timely
• Follow up with customers for cash application questions
• Reconcile customer accounts and support month end reconciliations and reporting
• Perform special, ad-hoc projects in Accounting/Finance as requested

What you'll need to succeed

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high volume, high growth atmosphere
• Intermediate Excel skills including Vookups and Pivot tables
• Experience with NetSuite or large ERP
