The Accounts Receivable Manager should have strong leadership, communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Must have strong demonstrated leadership development skills and solid knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Must manage and coordinate activities required to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections. Adheres to company missions and values.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and monitors the setting of individual and team goals and evaluates team member’s performance and training needs
  • Day to day leadership of a 5-6 person team.
  • Interact with sales leadership on enhancing customer service.
  • Works to resolve issues with problem client accounts and disputes
  • Prepares aging reports for all divisions of CHG and is familiar with problem areas within AR.
  • Communicate problem clients to appropriate division
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • AR/Billing system knowledge
  • Strong training and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Maintain proprietary and confidential financial information Attention to detail and ability to review work of others
  • Set own direction as well as accept the direction of others
Education & Experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with accounting software
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $71,200 - $172,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
