Director of Philanthropy

ACLU of Colorado is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead fundraising initiatives and strengthen lifelong relationships with donors.

Skills

Experience in solicitation and stewardship of gifts
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Donor database management
Budgeting and financial management knowledge

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive donor-centered fundraising program
Research and identify prospects for cultivation and solicitation
Manage major gift donors including cultivation and direct solicitation
Develop and oversee fundraising events and programs
Prepare fundraising and department activity reports

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
