JOIN US IN THE ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGER IN LIFESCIENCE TEAM!

We are currently looking for Life Science Localization project manager. As Life Science localization Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of big or complex language services projects in the assigned Life Science portfolio as well responsible for management of translation orders according to customer requirements and Acolad standards. You will be a part of our Production Team, working together on deliveries for a portfolio of customers.

These positions are fully remote at this time and require that you have reliable internet connection.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Manage common and complex customer requirements (engagement and service setup, process improvement and optimization).
  • Lead end-to-end localization (translation) projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high quality translations on time and withing budget, while monitoring profit margins within the Life Science sector.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and continually improve localization processes for increased efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships including mid-to upper level operational contacts, own customer satisfaction.
    • University degree in the field of translation, language/communication studies or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects within Life Science scope or generally within the language service industry or in a similar role.
    • Experience in Regulatory affairs/Submission projects or linguistic validation projects would be an asset.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Fluency in French is mandatory
    • Fluency in German would be considered as an advantage.
    • Knowledge of commonly used CAT tools including XTM, Trados and Phrase.
    • Outstanding communication skills - at ease talking to clients over the phone, via video-call meetings and in-person meetings.
    • Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and to organize workload in complex project situations.
    • Experience managing customer relationships.
    • Autonomy, strong team spirit and proactive attitude.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
