Billing Specialist

Acquia empowers brands to create meaningful digital experiences. We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Finance team and ensure accurate revenue processes.

Skills

Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to work independently
Detailed-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

Review customer contracts and order forms for accuracy
Work with Sales, Account Managers and Professional Services teams
Assist with collection efforts
Enter sales orders in accounting system
Prepare and review customer invoices
Manage customer requests through Zendesk
Assist with partner commissions processing
Prepare monthly travel expense invoices
Provide audit support for revenue transactions
Resolve billing issues through support tickets

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
