  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for recruiting service providers
  • Identify and evaluate potential service providers
  • Develop marketing campaigns with Marketing team
  • Run recruitment events across region
  • Establish relationships with decision makers at service providers
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters
  • Monitor performance of the Strategic Recruit team

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
