Product Design Lead
ActionIQ, a customer data platform, is looking for a Product Design Lead to spearhead design thinking and maintain their design systems library. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual and experience design to solve complex problems and create innovative products.
Skills
- Expert knowledge in Figma
- Understanding of all stages of design thinking
- Highly collaborative and curious mindset
- Ability to multitask in various scale of projects
- Strong understanding of data-driven, marketing, or SaaS platforms
Responsibilities
- Maintain design systems and UI pattern library
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal deployment
- Facilitate whiteboard sessions and sketch user flows and wireframes
- Deliver comprehensive spec walkthroughs to Engineers
- Plan, recruit, and conduct user research
Education
- University Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction, or similar
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience in B2B platform/software company
