Role Overview:
The Housing Resource Coordinator serves as a housing expert for the family emergency shelter program, focusing on identifying housing opportunities, supporting funding applications, and ensuring the rapid rehousing of families. This role involves close collaboration with shelter staff, families, and external partners to facilitate effective housing solutions while ensuring compliance with programmatic requirements.
This position requires on-site presence at the assigned emergency shelter within Massachusetts. This position might require occasional travel to various locations, such as other shelters, schools, doctors' offices, and other vendors that interact with clients.

With your Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, you'll bring knowledge and passion to help underserved populations find their feet. This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as you'll sometimes travel to interact with various locations involved in the housing process.
