Housing Stabilization Manager

The Housing Stabilization Manager at Activate Care oversees a team that ensures successful tenancy preservation for families transitioning out of family shelter sites into permanent housing. Key responsibilities include managing a team of housing stabilization specialists, conducting regular performance reviews, training staff on housing resources, and intervening in cases at risk of tenancy failure.
