About the role:

The Influencer Support Specialist will play a critical role in the administration and coordination of influencer collaborations. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of influencer partnerships, from initial outreach to content scheduling and whitelisting access for ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer management and a keen understanding of the apparel industry.

Responsibilities:

**Influencer Coordination:** 

• Communicate with identified influencers to guide them through the collaboration process, ensuring all requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.

**Contract Management:** 

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring clarity on deliverables and compliance with company policies.

**Content Scheduling:** 

• Work with influencers to schedule content creation and publication, aligning with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

**Whitelisting Access:** 

• Oversee the whitelisting process, ensuring influencers grant necessary permissions for ad campaigns on various platforms.

**Campaign Tracking:** 

• Monitor and report on the progress of influencer collaborations, providing regular updates to the marketing team.

**Administrative Support:** 

• Perform additional administrative duties related to influencer management as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

**Experience:** 

• 3+ years of experience in influencer management, marketing, or administrative roles within the apparel or fashion industry.

**Skills:**

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, contract management, and whitelisting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Attention to Detail:** 

• A meticulous approach to managing contracts, content schedules, and other administrative tasks.

**Industry Knowledge:** 

• Understanding of the apparel industry and its influencer marketing landscape.

**Preferred Qualifications:
