Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution, management, and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad operations, an understanding of digital advertising technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ad-related issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup: Manage the setup and configuration of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
- Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day operations of ad campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and meet performance targets. Monitor campaigns for delivery issues, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ad trafficking, tracking, and performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address technical problems and optimize campaign delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on ad performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Ad Trafficking: Ensure accurate ad trafficking, including creative asset management, targeting configurations, and ad copy. Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely and correct delivery of assets.
- Optimization: Implement and manage optimization strategies to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and creative testing.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of ad operations processes, including setup procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align ad operations with overall marketing strategies and business goals
- Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest ad tech developments and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance ad operations efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ad operations or a related role, with a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with ad serving technologies and campaign management tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ad tech tools and platforms, and familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
